Digital products are delivered through secure links after payment. If a download link does not work or the delivered file is incorrect, contact support with your order reference so we can assist.
Physical products
For a delivery issue, damaged item, or incorrect item, contact support with your order reference and photos where relevant. We will review the order and explain the available resolution.
